Engineered for busy chicken operations, the OFG-391 fryer can handle up to eight heads of bone-in chicken (approximately 18 lb) per load, while taking up less than 26 inches of counter space. Featuring a powerful 100,000 BTU heating system, patented counterbalance basket lift, and Computron 8000 controls, this fryer delivers consistent results, extended oil life, and reduced operating costs shift after shift.
