The Henny Penny PFE-591 is a high-performance commercial fryer designed to meet the demands of busy kitchens. With a 100-lb oil capacity and 24-lb food capacity, it can deliver up to 8 heads of freshly breaded chicken per load. The patented counter-balanced lid creates and maintains 12 psi cooking pressure, resulting in faster throughput and moist, flavorful products. The fryer uses lower cook temperatures to extend oil life and lock in natural juices, ensuring consistent quality and taste in every batch.
