Product Description
The Turbofan H10T-FS is a compact, 1900 W electric holding cabinet that helps keep cooked products oven-fresh for service without sacrificing moisture, texture, or food safety. It is designed to pair perfectly with Turbofan E32T convection ovens or to stand alone on any busy line. The cabinet features a touch-screen control and an 18" x 26" sheet-pan capacity. It is cETLus and NSF listed, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The unit requires a minimum clearance of 1" (25 mm) at the rear and 0" at the sides, and should be placed at least 12" (300 mm) away from heat sources. Electrical connection should be completed by a qualified professional.
