The Continental Refrigerator Designer Line roll-thru freezer is built for busy production kitchens. With a 66¼" cart capacity and a stainless steel exterior, this eco-friendly freezer maintains a steady 0 °F temperature (adjustable to -10 °F). Its self-contained, top-mounted "plug" refrigeration module, intuitive digital controls, and rugged stainless steel construction make it a reliable and easy-to-service solution for commissaries, bakeries, institutions, and more.
Standard Features:
- Accepts two racks up to 27" W × 29" D × 66 ¼" H (racks not included)
- Has four full-height solid doors (front and rear) with self-closing, cam-lift hinges
- Features a stainless steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and reinforced stainless steel floor
- Includes a 1 ¼ HP top-mounted refrigeration "plug" system for quick field service
- Uses natural hydrocarbon R-290 refrigerant and a hot-gas condensate evaporator
- Has an electronic controller with a digital display, high-low temperature alarm, and off-cycle defrost
- Provides 3" non-CFC polyurethane insulation for maximum cold retention
- Includes LED interior lighting plus top and side air ducts for even temperature distribution
- Offers polished chrome workflow handles, magnetic Santoprene™ gaskets, and cylinder locks on every door
- Has removable stainless steel rack guides, ramps, and upper side panels for easy cleaning and installation
