Product Description

The Univex DOME39P is a gas-powered pizza oven with a 5x12-inch pizza capacity. Crafted with premium firebrick in New Hampshire, this oven delivers authentic stone-hearth flavor and eye-catching style to elevate any pizza operation. Its distinctive pentagonal chamber optimizes floor space, and the heavy insulation ensures a cool exterior even at the highest temperatures. The oven is cCSAus and NSF listed for safety and quality assurance.

Key features:

  • The floor is made of hand-laid firebrick, creating a static stone surface for even, crisp baking of pizza crusts.
  • The pentagonal internal cooking chamber can hold up to five 12-inch pizzas at once.
  • The 92,500 BTU gas burner (natural or propane) has a 3/8" NPT connection.
  • The thick, multi-layer insulation keeps the outside surface cool to the touch.
  • The oven comes ready to install, including an iron stand, iron door, built-in thermometer, and internal stack exhaust (7.87" Ø).
  • The 115 V, single-phase electrical hookup powers the controls, requiring only a 16 A connection.
  • The standard exterior is black iron, with optional custom finishes available.

Installation clearances:

  • Maintain a clearance of 6 inches (15.2 cm) on all sides and 16 inches (40.6 cm) above the oven if installed near combustible surfaces.
  • Set the oven on a non-combustible floor with at least 32 inches (81 cm) of clearance around the sides and 40 inches (102 cm) in front of the oven.
  • Provide a dedicated natural draft flue. If a fan is required, limit the airflow to 200-300 CFM.
  • Ensure a minimum service access area of 31 square inches (200 cm²) beneath the oven.
