Product Description
The DOME39R is a gas-fired pizza oven crafted in Italy by Univex. Its 39-3/8" internal chamber can accommodate up to five 12" pizzas, delivering authentic stone-baked flavor to any professional kitchen. Powered by a 92,500 BTU burner, this oven's refractory fire-brick dome and show-piece styling create an unforgettable dining experience for your guests. Custom exterior finishes, including red or yellow brick, mosaic, marble, and metal panels, are available upon request to match your unique menu.

Installation & operation:
- Mount the oven on a non-combustible floor, leaving at least 32 inches of clearance around the perimeter and 40 inches in front for loading.
- Maintain a clearance of 6 inches from combustible materials on all sides and 16 inches above the dome.
- Provide a dedicated natural-draft flue. If local code requires an exhaust fan, ensure it is sized between 200–300 CFM.
- Ensure a minimum combustion-air opening of 31 square inches (200 square centimeters) beneath the oven.
- Allow easy access for servicing the gas valve, electrical components, and flue clean-out.
