Product Description
The Univex DOME47GV is a gas-fired, 47¼-inch round chamber oven that can accommodate up to 7 × 12-inch pizzas. Crafted from genuine firebrick and insulation, this domed oven delivers traditional stone-hearth flavor and a show-stopping presentation in your kitchen. The oven requires 6 inches (15.2 cm) of clearance from combustibles on the sides and back, and 16 inches (40.6 cm) on top. It should be installed on a non-combustible floor with 32 inches (81.3 cm) of clearance around the oven and 40 inches (101.6 cm) in front.
