Product Description

Hand-made firebrick dome creates an authentic wood-fired flavor with the convenience of gas. The Univex DOME47P oven bakes up to seven 12-inch pizzas at once, while keeping the exterior cool to the touch. Fully insulated and ready to set up, connect, and start turning out artisan-quality pies in minutes. Key features:

  • The cooking chamber is made of hand-crafted refractory firebrick with a static baking floor.
  • The pentagonal geometry promotes even heat circulation and fast recovery times.
  • The gas burner has a rating of 92,500 BTU (Natural 4" WC or Propane 10" WC) with a 3⁄8" NPT connection.
  • The oven comes with a factory-installed 7 7⁄8" (200 mm) internal stack exhaust and an analog thermometer.
  • The oven includes a heavy-duty iron door and a welded iron stand.
  • The thick mineral insulation keeps the exterior cool at peak temperature.
  • The 115 V ignition/control system has a 16 A, single-phase power requirement.
  • The oven is cCSAus & NSF listed for gas and sanitation compliance.

What's included:

  • A sturdy, welded iron stand that ensures the necessary airflow under the oven.
  • A durable cast-iron oven door.

Clearances & installation:

  • Maintain a minimum clearance of 6 inches (15 cm) from the sides and back of the unit to any combustible materials.
  • Maintain a minimum clearance of 16 inches (40 cm) from the top of the unit to any combustible materials.
  • Install the unit on a non-combustible floor and provide a 32-inch (81 cm) clearance around the sides and a 40-inch (102 cm) clearance directly in front of the unit.
  • Ensure at least 31 square inches (200 square cm) of open space beneath the stand to allow for proper ventilation.
  • Provide adequate space around all sides of the unit to allow for easy access and servicing.
