Product Description
The Univex DOME47R is a gas-fired pizza oven with a 47 ¼-inch internal chamber, capable of accommodating up to seven 12-inch pizzas at a time. Crafted from genuine firebrick and wrapped in high-performance insulation, this oven delivers the theatrics, flavor, and throughput that modern pizzerias require. Equipped with a powerful 92,500 BTU burner, the DOME47R ensures rapid recovery and maintains consistent deck temperatures, enabling continuous service.

Installation & clearances:
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 6 inches (15.2 cm) from the sides and back, and 16 inches (40.6 cm) from the top of the oven to any combustible materials.
- Place the oven on a non-combustible floor, with at least 32 inches (81.3 cm) of clearance around the oven and 40 inches (101.6 cm) at the front.
- Provide at least 31 square inches (200 cm²) of open area beneath the stand for proper cooling airflow.
- It is recommended to have a dedicated natural-draft flue. Any required exhaust fan must be limited to 200–300 CFM.
- Always follow local codes and have the installation performed by qualified professionals.
