The Univex DOME51GV delivers artisan stone-hearth flavor to high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, hotels, and restaurants. Handcrafted in Italy and finished in New Hampshire, this gas-fired oven features a thick firebrick dome, static cooking floor, and powerful 92,500 BTU burner that provide the blistering heat and gentle radiant bake to create irresistible, wood-fired-style masterpieces. With a 51¼" (130 cm) internal diameter and 9 x 12" pizza capacity, the Univex DOME51GV brings professional-grade performance to your kitchen.
