The DOME55R gas-fired pizza oven, crafted in Italy and engineered for North American kitchens, offers authentic stone-hearth performance ideal for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, hotels, and resorts. With an 11 x 12-inch pizza capacity and 97,500 BTU output, its 55 ⅛-inch round firebrick chamber delivers rapid recovery, even heat distribution, and the unmistakable flavor of a true masonry oven—all while maintaining a cool exterior touch.
