Handcrafted from genuine refractory firebrick and heavily insulated, the DOME59P delivers old-world baking performance with modern efficiency. Its spacious pentagonal chamber can accommodate up to 13 full-size (12 in.) pizzas simultaneously, while the powerful 97,500 BTU burner maintains an even, stone-baked heat to keep up with the busiest service.
