The Univex Rotante 59 is a wood-fired style pizza oven that combines the authenticity of a firebrick dome with modern technology. It has a 59-inch round cooking chamber and can bake 14 x 12-inch pizzas at a time, with a powerful 97,500 BTU heating system. Installation & Clearance Requirements:
- You will need a forklift rated for 5,000 lbs with 72-inch forks to properly place the item.
- If the item is received fully assembled, you will need a minimum 80-inch clear path (such as in doorways and hallways) to move it into place.
- Maintain the following clearances to combustible materials: 6 inches on the sides, 16 inches on top. Install the item on a non-combustible floor with a 32-inch perimeter and 40 inches of clearance in front.
- It is recommended to have a dedicated natural draft flue. If a mechanical exhaust system is required, limit it to 200-300 CFM.
