Alto-Shaam's 1767-SK electric double-deck smoker offers 100 lb capacity per compartment, delivering authentic wood-smoked flavor through its patented Halo Heat technology. This slow-cooking system produces tender, juicy results with minimal shrinkage, while lowering energy costs and streamlining production all within a compact, rugged footprint.
