This heavy-duty cart is built to slide directly into selected Alto-Shaam roll-in ovens and QuickChiller units, safely holding up to 51 plated meals with perfect 3-1/16 inch spacing to keep each dish level, organized, and ready for retherm, holding, or quick-chilling.
