Product Description
The PB-24 eyebrow hood is designed specifically for Bakers Pride Il Forno Classico brick ovens. This direct-mount ventilation system efficiently removes smoke, grease-laden vapors, and excess heat right at the oven mouth, helping you meet NSF and NFPA 96 codes without the footprint of a full canopy system.

- The direct-mount "eyebrow" design keeps the hood flush with the oven façade, eliminating the need for an additional stand or wall support.
- The 540 CFM induced-draft airflow is engineered to evacuate the entire heat load of an Il Forno Classico single deck oven.
- The UL-Classified stainless-steel baffle filter is set at a 45° angle for optimal grease extraction and easy slide-out cleaning.
- The full-length grease gutter with a removable stainless cup prevents drips onto the hearth or floor.
- The heavy-gauge, polished stainless-steel construction can withstand daily high-heat production and harsh cleaning chemicals.
- The hood is pre-punched to accept Ansul R-102 fire suppression piping (fire damper not included).
- The hood meets NSF sanitation standards and NFPA 96 ventilation requirements.
