The Comstock-Castle 2B31N is a powerful and efficient oven that maximizes production without taking up too much valuable space. This 36-inch wide unit features two full-sized 31.5" x 21" hearths, providing the volume of a deck oven and the versatility of a holding cabinet. Ideal for bakeries, cafés, ghost kitchens, and concession trailers, the 2B31N delivers 60,000 BTU of heating power and is NSF and ETL listed for safety and performance.
