The American-built CCCM-48 Cheesemelter delivers a professional-quality finish to every plate. Featuring four instant-on infrared burners that generate 40,000 BTUs of intense, even heat, this 45" x 12" finishing station is perfect for melting cheese, browning au gratin dishes, warming plates, or holding food at serving temperature without the need for a full-size broiler.
