Product Description

Versatile 48-inch range with char-broiler and dual ovens. Maximize cooking capacity without expanding your footprint. Powerful 180,000 BTU char-broiler delivers authentic flame-grilled flavor. Compact dual 19.5-inch ovens provide reliable baking performance. Ideal for steakhouses, pubs, and high-volume kitchens.

At a Glance:

  • The char-broiler has a one-piece 48-inch design with iron "V" radiants that provide even heat and reduce flare-ups.
  • It has (4) 12-inch char sections, each with a 25,000 BTU cast-iron burner, for a total of 180,000 BTU.
  • The unit includes dual 19.5-inch space-saver ovens, each with 25,000 BTU, and enamel door and bottom linings.
  • Each oven has one chrome rack with 3 position levels (approximately 2¾-inch spacing).
  • The exterior is made of durable stainless steel, with a 7-inch high backguard and 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
  • The 37-inch cooking surface height ensures comfortable ergonomics.
  • The unit has a front cold-zone grease trough and a removable drawer for fast clean-up.
  • It has a ¾-inch NPT rear gas connection and a factory-set regulator for natural or LP gas.

Engineered for Daily Abuse:

  • The cabinet is made of fully welded stainless steel with an aluminized inner frame, making it resistant to corrosion.
  • The unit can be placed with 0 inches of clearance on the sides and back, as long as the surfaces are non-combustible. If the surfaces are combustible, a 2-inch clearance is required.
  • The flush bull-nose rail protects the controls and also serves as a shelf for plating.
  • The 6-inch adjustable pipe legs make it easy to level the unit and simplify floor cleaning.
