The 4 star burners, 24-inch raised griddle, and 12-inch char-broiler allow you to tackle a variety of cooking tasks, from rapid sauté work to all-day searing, while the double standard ovens provide ample capacity to keep up with demanding commercial schedules.

- The cooktop has 4 cast-iron star burners, each measuring 12" x 12".
