Sear steaks over lava rock while simultaneously cooking eggs or pancakes on the precision-machined griddle, without sacrificing valuable counter space. Designed for the busiest commercial kitchens, this NSF and ETL listed combo delivers Comstock-Castle's legendary durability and the versatility that every line cook demands.
