The Comstock-Castle 24-inch Griddle and 12-inch Radiant Char-Broiler provides an 83,000 BTU cooking powerhouse in a compact 36-inch footprint. This heavy-duty combo unit allows you to sear, grill, and fry side-by-side, transforming a single piece of equipment into a full-service commercial cooking station. With NSF and ETL certifications, this versatile appliance delivers professional-grade performance for your kitchen.

- The griddle and broiler sections are designed separately, with a 24" x 21" polished steel griddle and a 12" x 21" radiant char-broiler.
