Designed for high-volume kitchens, the 72-inch Comstock-Castle combination unit delivers open-top sauté power, even-heating griddle performance, and authentic char-broiled flavor, all in one rugged and easy-to-clean body. Featuring 2 open star burners, a 30-inch polished griddle, and a 30-inch radiant char-broiler, this versatile unit packs 206,000 BTU of power.
