Product Description

Keep food at the perfect serving temperature with the Delfield N8873 Hot Food Well. Designed to fit a 72-3/8" x 25" counter cutout, this 5-pan unit provides reliable wet-heat performance in a durable stainless-steel construction made for high-volume commercial kitchens.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Holds five standard 12" x 20" hotel pans in a single 8" deep stainless-steel tank.
  • Powerful 1,000 W heating element under each pan position (5,000–6,000 W total) for fast, even heating.
  • Wet-operation design maintains consistent humidity to prevent food from drying out.
  • Convenient remote control panel with a single mechanical thermostat that can be mounted in an easily accessible location (2 ft pre-wired flexible conduit included).
  • Integral 1" NPT stainless-steel drain for quick and easy end-of-day cleanup.
  • Adapter bars included to securely hold the pans in place right out of the box.
  • Sturdy, one-piece stainless-steel top with a 2" perimeter flange for a clean, professional installation.
  • High-temperature fiberglass insulation on the sides and 2" blanket insulation on the bottom to reduce energy loss and protect surrounding cabinetry.
  • Corrosion-resistant galvanized exterior housing below the counter line.

Cutout & Control Panel Dimensions:

  • The main counter cutout should be 72-3/8 inches long and 25 inches wide.
  • The control panel cutout should be 12-1/4 inches long, 4-1/4 inches high, and 7 inches deep.
  • Ensure there is 6 inches of clearance at the drain end to allow for plumbing access.

Included & Optional Accessories:

  • The product includes 4 stainless-steel adapter bars and a press-fit perimeter gasket.
  • Additional accessories are available as optional items, including:
