The DoughXpress DXP-TSC48 BakeryXpress Hot Food Display is a countertop heated warmer perfect for bakeries and grab-and-go counters. This 48-inch self-service display offers adjustable temperature control from 85 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, with an exterior readout for easy monitoring. It features three chrome-plated adjustable shelves, LED top lighting, glass sides, front sliding and rear hinged doors, and a removable water pan to keep products fresh. Constructed with a durable dark gray frame, the unit is 1500 watts/120 volts and certified by ETL and CE for reliable commercial use.
