The Garland Cuisine C36-5R is a versatile and compact cooking station designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Spanning just 36 inches, it offers three distinct work areas: an 18-inch griddle on the left, an 18-inch hot top on the right, and a standard oven below. This all-in-one design enables simultaneous searing, sautéing, simmering, and baking, making it an ideal solution for busy restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.

  • The 18-inch right-side hot top has an even heat distribution and is rated at 32,500 BTU, making it ideal for stock pots, sauce pans, or holding pans.
