Product Description
Bake more pies in less space with the Garland G56PT/B. This double-deck oven features 56" x 36" stainless steel decks and a powerful 160,000 BTU gas input to deliver up to twelve 18" pizzas at once. The air-impingement design provides the speed of a conveyor oven while retaining the authentic flavor and texture of a traditional deck oven, without the cool-spot recovery time that slows ordinary deck ovens.
