The Garland GFIR48M center-mount salamander for 48-inch GF ranges delivers an intense 40,000 BTU/h of infrared heat, allowing chefs to quickly finish, caramelize, melt cheese, and achieve steakhouse-quality broiling without sacrificing valuable counter space. This range-top workhorse provides the speed and control needed for show-stopping plate presentations.

- Two powerful 20,000 BTU (5.86 kW) atmospheric infrared burners that provide instant, even heat.
- Sentry flame failure protection automatically shuts off the gas if the flame is lost, ensuring safety.
- Independent Hi-Lo valve on each burner allows for precise temperature control and energy savings.
- Fixed-position broiling rack slides in and out easily and can be locked flat or tilted for better visibility.
- Large, removable stainless-steel grease pan keeps the cooking area clean and safe.

- Designed to mount on the 47-1/4" backguard/flue riser of Garland GF48 ranges, saving valuable floor space.

Installation Notes:

- The manifold pressure is 4 inches of water column (WC) for Natural gas and 10 inches WC for Propane gas.
- This product is intended for commercial use only and should not be installed in a residential setting.
