Engineered to seamlessly integrate beneath Garland Heavy-Duty Master Series modular cook tops, the Arctic Fire GN17C85 maintains safe holding temperatures for ingredients right on the hot line, without requiring a remote compressor, drain line, or additional floor space.
Key features:
- The refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R-404A refrigerant.
- It has (4) self-closing drawers with flush, center-mounted pull handles.
- The refrigerator can hold up to (8) 12" × 20" × 4" GN 1/1 hotel pans (2 per drawer).
- It has a tropicalized 1/5 HP compressor rated to operate in temperatures up to 100 °F (38 °C).
- The refrigerator uses a hot-gas condensate evaporator, eliminating the need for an external drain pan.
- Santoprene magnetic gaskets provide an airtight, tool-free seal.
- A front-face scroll thermometer displays the temperature in °F/°C for quick monitoring.
- The exterior is made of all-stainless steel, with a galvanized back and bottom for corrosion resistance.
