For ultimate efficiency, each unit features three 60,000 BTU infra-red burners, in addition to a fiberglass insulated interior and a stainless steel exterior, all working together to maintain the interior temperature. As an added convenience, each Garland IRCMA-72 72" cheese melter comes standard with a removable, chrome-plated wire rack, as well as a 3/4" NPT gas regulator.
