Each 12" section of the grill has its own tubular heating element and hydraulic thermostatic control for precise heating every time, and it can achieve temperatures from 100-450 degrees Fahrenheit! This unit also features an easy-to-empty, front-loading grease trough plus side and backsplashes to protect your countertops and walls from accidental spills.
