By utilizing the easyTouch controls, users can access pre-saved recipes or opt for a manual cooking mode. Plus, the deep depth of this oven can accommodate sheet pans oriented in either direction. The 150-500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range and Cook'n'Hold feature make this oven perfect for a wide variety of cooking tasks. The 2-speed convection fans offer high and low settings and has a 5/8 hp fan motor. Within each cavity, the oven offers a total output of 10.4 kW for powerful cooking. This oven is made with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and legs, and each cavity has a durable porcelain enameled interior with coved corners to make cleaning as easy as possible. The 24" cooking cavities each have a 13-position rack guide and come with 6 chrome-plated oven racks that you can move up and down as needed. For easy access, this oven has a 60/40 dependent door design. Double pane thermal glass windows in each door let your staff keep an eye on the cooking process without the need to open the door. Interior LED lighting illuminates the cavity too. The patented safety door system helps to ensure safe use in your kitchen while the full length positive door closures help to keep heat inside the oven where it belongs. This model requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation and provides an output of 20.8 kW.
