The Garland SER684 34" range-mounted salamander broiler lets you add a powerful broiler to your Garland S684 60" range! This compact salamander uses six 1.16 kW metal sheath heating elements to efficiently brown casseroles, melt cheese, toast sandwiches, or even finish cooking meats. Each half of this salamander broiler has its own temperature controls so you can set an independent temperature on either side. This Garland range-mounted salamander features a roll-in, roll-out broiling rack with fixed slides capable of flat or tilted positions. This adjustable feature makes retrieval and viewing easy, while a high-capacity grease pan enables simple cleanup. To ensure employees can safely open and close the door even during cooking, this unit comes with a heat-resistant, cool touch handle. The exterior is made entirely out of stainless steel to guarantee outstanding durability and product life. It requires a 240V electrical connection.
