35-1/2" range-mounted broiler with 40,000 BTU offers fast, even infrared heating to sear steaks, melt cheeses, or add a golden crust to dishes. The Garland UIR36 mounts directly above a 36" U Series restaurant range, providing the high-heat performance needed for professional-quality results. Optional accessories include interconnecting gas piping for larger 48" and 60" U Series ranges, a wall-mount kit, rear gas inlet, and stainless steel back - contact us to configure the ideal setup for your kitchen.
