With two 19-inch drawers, this freezer base keeps your ingredients ice-cold and within easy reach, streamlining your workflow and standing up to the demands of the toughest commercial kitchens.

Key features:

• The refrigeration system is self-contained and uses R-290 refrigerant, so no remote condenser is needed.
• Each drawer can hold one full-size hotel pan that is 12" x 20" x 4" in size.
• The electronic temperature control has a bright digital display and an automatic defrost timer.
• The 1/3 HP compressor is factory-tropicalized, meaning it can operate in environments up to 100°F (38°C).
• The exterior front and sides are made of durable stainless steel, and the interior top, rear, and bottom are also stainless steel.
• The magnetic door gaskets can be easily replaced in the field.
• The 6" adjustable stainless steel legs provide a working height of approximately 30-3/4".
• The unit comes with an 8' power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, which is for 115V single-phase, 8.2A power.
• The warranty includes 5 years on compressor parts and 1 year on parts and labor.

Options & accessories (sold separately):

• The unit comes with a set of four 6-inch locking swivel casters that can be installed.
• The drawers have an extra-deep 6-inch pan depth, and do not have a mullion (a vertical divider).
• A door and rack kit is available for 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, but this is not compatible with the 32-inch drawers.
• The compressor can be configured to be on the left side of the unit.
• The temperature readout is displayed in degrees Celsius.
