The Garland UTBG60-AR60 countertop charbroiler delivers exceptional power and performance for high-volume kitchens. Equipped with a massive 180,000 BTU heating capacity and a nearly 5-foot cast-iron cooking surface, this heavy-duty unit offers the power to consistently produce beautifully branded steaks, burgers, and vegetables shift after shift. Featuring adjustable grates and certifications from CSA and NSF, the UTBG60-AR60 combines uncompromising power with Garland's renowned durability.

- The broiler is 59-1/16" wide and is powered by ten 18,000 BTU stainless steel burners.
- The cast-iron grates are adjustable and reversible, with 3" sections that can be used flat or with 1/8" and 3/16" branding marks.
- The broiling grid is extra-deep at 21-3/16" to accommodate oversized cuts and pans.
- Each 6" section has an individual hi/lo valve, allowing you to create multiple temperature zones.
- The all-stainless front, sides, back, and 3-1/2" deep front rail resist corrosion and make cleaning easier.
- The large slide-out crumb tray captures grease and debris for quick end-of-day cleanup.
