The 8 open burners, each with 26,000 BTU of heating power, offer a quick and reliable performance. Plus, the sturdy cast iron grates are simple to clean and strong for heavy use. For additional ease, the unit comes with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs that allow it to be raised to a height that matches other equipment in your kitchen and make it easy to clean underneath the unit. Furthermore, each burner is controlled by an individual, easy-to-grip control knob with different flame intensity settings clearly marked. This allows you to use one burner at a time or set each burner as needed depending on the foods you are cooking. A large crumb tray is also included to make it a breeze to clean any crumbs or drips at the end of the day. This model features a "T" gas manifold connection, allowing for straight through rear or flush-mount gas connections.
