Hoshizaki's KM-901MRJZ3 modular ice machine delivers up to 927 pounds of crystal-clear crescent ice per day in a compact 30-inch wide footprint. Paired with a matching remote condenser (sold separately), this energy-efficient model helps keep heat and noise outside the kitchen while providing Hoshizaki's renowned reliability.

- The remote air-cooled design removes heat and reduces noise in the kitchen, making it ideal for hot or customer-facing areas.
- The KMEdge™ stainless steel, dual-sided evaporator produces hard, individual crescent cubes that resist clumping and melt slowly.
- The CycleSaver™ technology makes the same amount of ice in half as many cycles, extending the component life.
- The EverCheck™ self-diagnostics provide audible and visual service alerts for worry-free operation.
- The durable stainless steel exterior has removable panels for fast access during cleaning or maintenance.

- The panels on the unit are also designed to be easily cleaned.
- The components of the unit can be accessed without having to move the entire unit, which saves time and effort on service and repairs.
- It is recommended to clean and sanitize the unit annually, and step-by-step instructions are provided for this process.
