Product Description

This 30" wide, stainless steel ice maker pairs with a separately-priced URC-5FZ remote condenser to produce up to 560 lb of ice in 24 hours (440 lb AHRI Certified). Ideal for high-volume beverage service, drive-thrus, hospitality suites, cafeterias, and anywhere a reliable, energy-smart ice solution is required.

Installation & Compatible Equipment:

  • The remote condenser model URC-5FZ (sold separately) can be used with line-set options of 25 ft or 35 ft.
  • This remote condenser can be paired with the following Hoshizaki ice bins: B-250SF, B-500SF, B-700SF, B-800SF, B-900SF, B-1150SS, B-1300SS, DB-130H, DB-200H, and select beverage dispensers.
  • Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance at the rear, sides, and top of the equipment to allow for proper service access.
  • The water supply should use ¼ inch outer diameter copper tubing and operate within a pressure range of 10 to 113 PSI. The drain should be a ¾ inch inner diameter hard pipe.
  • The acceptable ambient temperature range is 45 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and the incoming water temperature should be between 45 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
