The MagiKitch'n MKG36 36-inch wide electric griddle provides powerful searing and precise temperature control without taking up too much counter space. Its generous 35-3/4" x 24" cooking surface, automatic ignition, and durable 1-inch thick steel plate can handle even the busiest mealtimes.

- The electric thermostat (200 – 550 °F) with matchless 24 VAC ignition allows you to simply push a button to automatically light the pilot.
- The six independent stainless steel burners, each with 15,000 BTU, provide a combined 90,000 BTU for rapid heating recovery.
- The embedded temperature probes, spaced every 12", respond instantly to load changes for tighter temperature control.
- The full-width 3.5" front trough and welded chute channel grease into a 3.75-gallon box for quick and mess-free clean-outs.
- The 3" side and 6" rear splash guards keep adjacent equipment and walls clean and spotless.
- The factory-installed regulator, safety pilot, and flame-loss shutoff ensure worry-free operation.
