Designed to handle high-volume kitchen demands, this stainless steel grill delivers precise temperature regulation and rugged durability for breakfast, lunch, and all-day menu items. Key Advantages:
- Large cooking area (59-3/4" x 24", 15.1 ft²) allows you to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Thick (1", 2.5 cm), heavy-duty polished steel plate ensures even heating and fast recovery.
- Five independent heating zones (5.7 kW each) with embedded temperature probes, allowing you to set each zone between 200-550 °F.
- Wide (3-1/2") front grease trough and fully welded chute that feed into a 3.75-gallon grease box to keep the surface clean.
- 3" side and tapered rear splashes, plus double-wall stainless steel sides, create a cleaner and safer work environment.
- 4" removable legs allow for countertop use or flush mounting; NSF stainless steel stand and casters are available.

Performance & Control:
- The Incoloy-sheathed elements are pressure-clamped directly to the plate, allowing for efficient heat transfer.
- The standard electro-mechanical thermostat maintains the set temperature between 200-550 °F.
- The optional solid-state thermostat offers a tighter temperature control of ± 10 °F and a wider range of 150-550 °F.
- Two factory-installed 6 ft, 60 A cords with NEMA 15-60P plugs (208/240 V, 3-phase) are included.

- The chrome-plated griddle surface includes a scraper, spatula, Palmetto brush, and cleaner.
- The removable griddle divider allows for multi-zone cooking.
- The stainless steel service shelf is available in 8", 10", or 12" depths, with or without a towel bar and pan cut-outs.
- The NSF stainless steel stand comes with either fixed legs or heavy-duty casters.
