Product Description
The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height, non-insulated unit with a clear polycarbonate door. It features a removable bottom mount control module, a thermostat that reaches up to 190°F, and fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers. The cabinet can hold up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. It has 5-inch casters, with 2 featuring brakes, and is made of aluminum. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, 2000 watts, 16 amps, and has a NEMA 5 20P plug. It is cULus and NSF certified.
