Metro C535-HFC-4A C5 Insulation Armour heated holding cabinet maintains food at safe serving temperatures with reliable Metro quality. The mobile half-height design features red Insulation Armour™, a clear polycarbonate door, a removable bottom-mount control module, and a thermostat that reaches 200°F. The cabinet accepts eight 18" x 26" or sixteen 12" x 20" pans on fixed wire slides, rides on 5" casters (two locking), and operates on 120V/2000W with cULus and NSF listings, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens and catering.
