The Metro C548-ASFS-U C5 Heated Cabinet is a durable, energy-efficient mobile holding solution designed for high-volume foodservice. Featuring a stainless steel construction and insulated solid door, this 5/6-height cabinet maintains temperatures up to 200°F using a top-mount thermostat. Universal wire slides on 3" centers and adjustable shelving accommodate (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 12" x 20" pans, while 5" casters provide easy mobility. Certified cULus and NSF, and ENERGY STAR® rated, this 120V/60Hz (1400W, 11.7A) heated cabinet is an ideal choice for holding and transporting large volumes of food.
