Product Description
The Metro C549-ASDS-L C5 Heated Cabinet is a durable, energy-efficient mobile holding solution designed for busy kitchens. This full-height, insulated stainless-steel cabinet features Insulation Armour™ Plus technology, Dutch solid doors, and top-mount controls with a thermostat that can reach 200°F. The cabinet can accommodate up to 32 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip-load slides spaced 1-1/2" apart. Mounted on 5" casters, the cabinet is easy to move and runs on 120V/60Hz (1400W) power. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an ideal hot-holding solution for catering, hospitals, and other foodservice operations.
