Product Description
The Metro C565-SFS-U C5 heated holding cabinet is designed to provide reliable and energy-efficient food warming for busy kitchens. This mobile, half-height stainless steel cabinet features insulated solid doors, top-mount controls, an analog thermometer, and ducted heating to maintain adjustable temperatures between 70°F and 200°F. It can accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" or sixteen 12" x 20" pans on universal, adjustable wire slides. The cabinet rides on 5" casters, two of which lock, for easy mobility. It is 120V, 2000W, cULus/NSF listed, and ENERGY STAR® certified for commercial use.
