Product Description
The Metro C595L-SFC-LA C5 Proofing Cabinet is a commercial-grade heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for bakeries and foodservice operations. It features a 6.8-inch touch-screen control panel, a 1/2-height mobile design with a clear double-pane tempered glass door, and a stainless steel interior. The cabinet can hold up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip-load slides and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency. Equipped with 5-inch durable casters, a polymer bumper and drip trough, and 120V 1440W power, the Metro C595L-SFC-LA is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets safety and quality standards.
