Product Description

Heavy-duty marine top, patented quick-release drawers, and 8-pan capacity keep ingredients cold and cooking equipment steady with the Randell 20065R. This two-section refrigerated counter provides reliable, even cooling directly under your griddle, charbroiler, or range, while its reinforced stainless steel work surface withstands the daily demands of a busy kitchen. Randell remote chef bases are also available in 42" and 92" lengths.

Key Features:

  • The refrigeration system is installed at the factory, including the evaporator/blower coil and expansion valve. You can connect it to your own condensing unit, as there is no compressor on board.
  • The cabinet is 65 inches long and has four self-closing drawers, each 27 inches wide.
  • Each drawer can hold two 12-inch by 20-inch by 4-inch hotel pans, for a total of 8 pans (not included).
  • The one-piece, ½-inch-high marine-edge stainless steel top is reinforced by a 12-gauge steel sub-top, making it sturdy enough to support heavy countertop cooking equipment.
  • The exterior is made of durable stainless steel, and the interior is easy-to-clean anodized aluminum with coved corners.
  • The high-impact ABS drawer frames have magnetic gaskets, ensuring a tight seal and fast temperature recovery.
  • The unit is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam for maximum cold retention and energy efficiency.
