Features a 1" thick chrome plated griddle plate with 150°-450°F snap-action thermostat for precise temperature control. Equipped with 4350 watt heating elements positioned every 12" across the cooking surface for consistent heat distribution.
Design & Safety Features
Includes a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard for safe operation and cleanliness. The front grease management system features a 3-1/2" grease trough and 6 qt. grease drawer for efficient waste collection.
