This top-mount bain marie drop-in from Vollrath provides a seamless, high-capacity hot food station that can be installed without hard-wiring. It delivers consistent, moist heat and a clean, drip-free counter, with the durability of 300-series stainless steel construction. The drop-in design allows for quick and easy installation into your existing counter.

Features:
- It can hold up to 6 full-size pans that are up to 6 inches (15.24 cm) deep, providing maximum serving capacity.
- The moist heat operation maintains safe holding temperatures and keeps the food quality high. You only need to add up to 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) of water.
- The top-mount, self-contained design comes with a 6-foot (182.8 cm) power cord, so no hard-wiring is required.
- The heavy-duty 18-gauge 300-series stainless steel top and 6⅝ inch (16.8 cm) deep well have a full-perimeter drip-edge to keep the counters dry.
- The precision thermostatic control panel can be mounted on the unit or remotely with the included 48-inch (121.9 cm) cord.
- It is fully insulated on all sides with high-density glass fiber for energy efficiency and zero-clearance installation.
- The 625 W heating elements under each pan area deliver even heat while minimizing energy draw.
- The quick-clean 1-inch NPT drain with a ball-valve shut-off speeds up end-of-day maintenance.
- It includes a gasket, positioning clips, and adjustable mounting brackets for counters up to 3 inches (7.6 cm) thick.
